8 Sustainable Jewellery Commissions

So I thought I’d dedicate this post to 8 sustainable jewellery commissions I’ve completed recently. I can’t believe it was back in February that I last updated you with “What’s new at EANJewellery”.

Weddings and Anniversary Commissions

I have to say I love a jewellery commission. Each one is different. Each jewellery commission is a unique piece of custom jewellery handmade for a special occasion. These last few months I’ve been lucky enough to create some very special jewellery commissions for birthday’s, anniversary and weddings. Each of these sustainable jewellery commissions you see here was handmade in Kent to mark a special occasion. They are not only a wonderful gift but something sentimental to be treasured for a lifetime.

8 Unique Jewellery Pieces

  1. I loved making these her’s and her’s hammered personalised wedding rings in white gold and yellow gold. Every couple I work with is different and this pair chose wedding rings that are matching is style and width but in their preferred choice of recycled gold.

2. EANJewellery 100% supports the reuse, reduce, recycle philosophy which is why I jumped at the chance to reuse my clients diamonds from a broken piece of jewellery that has now been remodelled into a beautiful bespoke white gold ring.

3. Jewellery is such a special gift and when an anniversary and significant birthday fall in the same year what are you to do? Combine that 40th wedding anniversary and birthday with a gorgeous recycled 18 carat yellow gold ring with 4 ethically sourced brilliant cut diamonds set into the band. Each stone represents 10 years of love in marriage, so sentimental.

4. Heirloom rings are not only sentimental but can be given new life. This gold ring was resized to fit the new groom in the family. I paired that with a slender white gold wedding ring for the bride. Job done!

5. This stunning ring has been one of my favourites to make of late. What a great 18th birthday gift. The recycled silver ring has an organic nature theme accented with a to extraordinarily beautiful London blue topaz, sky blue topaz and a black sapphire.

6. Here’s a lace pattern wedding ring to match the bride’s sustainably made engagement ring and a matching width wedding ring for the groom (minus the lace pattern).

7. My wedding couple made these wedding rings from recycled gold but I added 3 grain set diamonds in the curved section of the bride’s white gold wedding ring. So pretty!

8. On meeting the couple who commissioned this pair of sustainably made white gold wedding bands they wanted to replicate the hammered texture of the Chunky hammered ring in my collection. Done! and don’t they look amazing? Love the sun sparkle from the hammered surface.
