It would be good to have confirmation the voucher has been sent to the shipping address as this is a gift and when it says ‘order complete’ does this mean the gift voucher has been sent, or just the payment processed. I will have to check with the gift recipient to see if they got it ok. Would be better if I didn’t have to do this. Hope that helps in terms of the customers viewpoint to help improve the customer service process – maybe a note on the website to explain what happens once your order the gift?

Hi Jennifer, I have been trying to contact you via email regarding your gift voucher to ask if you wanted it personalised and if you wanted it via email, post of to send it directly to the recipient. As I have not heard from you I’ve sent a blank voucher to your email and also via post to you. I hope you receive these. Please do get in contact if not. Many thanks for your order, Elizabeth
